Employment Terms & Working Conditions
Hansal Agro is committed to providing clear and fair employment terms and working conditions. Workers are well-informed of their rights, responsibilities, and benefits, ensuring a transparent and regulated work environment.
- Minimum salary aligned with Malaysian regulations (RM1,500)
- Training period remuneration
- 8 working hours per day, 6 days per week
- Contract terms of 2–3 years, extendable up to 10 years
