- Supplier Engagement: Coordination with potential producers, suppliers, traders and commercial counterparties.
- Commercial Coordination: Supporting the development and confirmation of transaction-specific commercial terms.
- Documentation: Coordination of relevant commercial and shipping documentation.
- Inspection Coordination : Independent quality and quantity inspection where contractually agreed
- Logistics & Shipment Coordination : Coordination of shipment-related requirements, including loading, discharge and delivery considerations.
- Transaction Completion : Follow-through from commercial agreement to shipment and completion, according to the applicable contractual arrangements.
